The Theory Success Kit application (the "Application") is licensed to you (the "End User") by Muhammad Saeed, located in Manchester, Lancashire, England (the "Licensor"), solely for personal, non-commercial use and only in accordance with the terms of this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement").
By downloading and using the Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Apple App Store and Google Play Store are collectively referred to as the "Stores".
You acknowledge that the Stores are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for any aspects of the Application, including its warranty, liability, maintenance, or support. Muhammad Saeed, not the Stores, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
This Agreement does not alter any terms or conditions of the Stores' respective terms of service or any applicable usage rules. Muhammad Saeed confirms that this Agreement does not conflict with the Stores' terms.
The Application is licensed for use only on devices operating with Apple's iOS and macOS or Google's Android operating systems. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Licensor.
The Application ("Theory Success Kit") is software designed to assist users in preparing for their driving theory test by providing practice questions and mock exams. It is available for iOS and Android mobile devices.
The Licensor aims to keep the Application updated to be compatible with new firmware versions and hardware. You do not have the right to demand updates.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the technical specifications required to use the Application.
The Licensor reserves the right to change the technical specifications of the Application at any time.
The Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application. You can contact the Licensor using the email address provided in the Stores.
The Stores have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application.
The Licensor may access and manage your downloaded Application content and personal information in accordance with the Licensor's privacy policy. You can review our Privacy Policy for more details.
The Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information about your device and Application usage to provide support, update the software, and improve our products. This data will be used in a form that does not personally identify you.
The Application does not allow users to submit or post content. However, if we provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, or share content, including text, images, and videos (collectively, "Contributions"), you warrant that:
Your Contributions do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks.
You have all necessary licenses and permissions to use and authorize the use of your Contributions.
You have consent from any identifiable individuals in your Contributions to use their name or likeness.
Your Contributions are not false, misleading, or unlawful.
Your Contributions are not unsolicited advertising or promotional materials.
Your Contributions are not obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Your Contributions do not promote violence or harassment.
Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy rights of others.
Your Contributions do not involve child pornography or otherwise harm minors.
Your Contributions do not include offensive comments based on race, nationality, gender, or disability.
Your Contributions do not violate this Agreement or any applicable laws.
The Application may contain copyrighted material. Use of such material without permission is prohibited by copyright law.
You do not have any rights to use copyrighted material from the Application without the explicit consent of the Licensor or the copyright holder.
The Licensor may display third-party advertisements or offer products or services from third parties within the Application. If you interact with these advertisements or third-party offerings, the Licensor may share information with those third parties.
The Application is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Muhammad Saeed is not obligated to provide maintenance or support services. The Stores are not responsible for any aspect of the Application, including its warranty or support.
